Up to 14 dni from the date of your online purchase, you can return this unused product in person at one of our showrooms or via courier. In the case of shipping, Rarist is responsible for arranging an insured courier service.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, our service staff will inspect them. Upon positive verification, a full refund will be issued.

The next step is to deliver the watch to us via shipping or drop it off at one of our showrooms. Our authorized service center will inspect the watch for authenticity and overall condition, after which we will be able to provide a final valuation.

Once you accept our offer, you can receive the full amount or use it to purchase a new item in our showroom.
