You have at least 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the shipment to withdraw from the contract and return the product without giving a reason.

For selected models, this period may be extended – the current return time is always visible next to the product .

We only accept returns for products in their original condition, with a complete set of accessories.
After accepting the return, we will refund the funds immediately, within a maximum of 14 days .

Each product is covered by a service warranty : minimum 12 months , in the case of most new watches – 24 months .

If the product has a manufacturer's warranty , our service warranty only begins after the manufacturer's warranty expires , extending the total duration of coverage.
