This Patek Philippe watch is covered by our service warranty ( 24 months ). Simply submit a warranty claim to us to determine if the fault is eligible for free repair. Warranty diagnosis is made within 5 business days of receiving your claim. Depending on the fault, we may need to inspect your watch before making a final decision. The repair time depends on the type of fault. If you purchased a brand new watch and it's still under manufacturer's warranty, your watch will be sent back to the manufacturer for repair. Up to 14 days from the date of your online purchase, you can return this unused product in person at one of our showrooms or via courier. In the case of shipping, Rarist is responsible for arranging an insured courier service.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, our service staff will inspect them. Upon positive verification, a full refund will be issued.
