This Rolex watch is covered by our service warranty ( 24 months ). Simply submit a warranty claim to us to determine if the fault is eligible for free repair. Warranty diagnosis is made within 5 business days of receiving your claim. Depending on the fault, we may need to inspect your watch before making a final decision.
