Description
The Patek Philippe Ellipse 3848 is a model in yellow gold with a dimension of 27 mm, whose elliptical case emphasizes the distinctive, harmonious proportions of this line. The white dial gives the whole a calm, classic expression and harmonizes well with the warm tone of the case.

The case, bezel, and case back made of yellow gold show minor signs of use, as does the sapphire crystal with small scratches.
