This RARIST watch is covered by our service warranty ( 24 months ). Simply submit a warranty claim to us to determine if the fault is eligible for free repair. Warranty diagnosis is made within 5 business days of receiving your claim. Depending on the fault, we may need to inspect your watch before making a final decision. The repair time depends on the type of fault. If you purchased a brand new watch and it's still under manufacturer's warranty, your watch will be sent back to the manufacturer for repair. Up to 14 days from the date of your online purchase, you can return this unused product in person at one of our showrooms or via courier. In the case of shipping, Rarist is responsible for arranging an insured courier service.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, our service staff will inspect them. Upon positive verification, a full refund will be issued.

Of course. In our stores, you can pay cash upon delivery. We also accept credit and debit cards. You can also split your payment between cash and credit/debit card, or pay in installments (up to PLN 32,000 online or up to PLN 80,000 in-store).

The next step is to deliver the watch to us via shipping or drop it off at one of our showrooms. Our authorized service center will inspect the watch for authenticity and overall condition, after which we will be able to provide a final valuation.

Once you accept our offer, you can receive the full amount or use it to purchase a new item in our showroom.
