    Send your watch by post or deliver it in person to our service point. On site, our watchmakers will perform an initial diagnostic and prepare a final quote for the service.

  3. SERVICE PROVISION

    Receive a detailed quote for the service electronically.
    After your acceptance, our experts will perform the service within the agreed scope.

  4. PICKUP AND PAYMENT

    Receive your watch by courier or pick it up in person at a service point. Payment can be made by bank transfer or on site upon collection.
